"Great accommodation. Good value, comfortable, spacious. This location was perfect for a city feeling, easy access to cbd and train lines, yet meant we didn’t have to stay right in the city. The communication from the accommodation provider was excellent and all the access codes/app worked perfectly. We parked on the road directly outside the apartment (lucky!) for the duration of our three night stay, which was perfect. Our vehicle was too high for undercover parking. "

The room was spotless, as was every other area of the hotel (foyer, gym, outdoor areas & breakfast area) I was staying for my birthday and received a bottle of wine and a room upgrade at no extra charge which I wasn’t expected but extremely grateful for. Staff were very friendly and efficient, was able to park on the street outside of the hotel and had free parking over the weekend, the gym was great and everywhere had perfect views of the city. "This hostel is good value for the price and a basic place to sleep, for those seeking and/or just starting out with work / holiday / study as it’s centrally located to the closest beach to the city, transport, amenities and the restaurant strip. "One of my favourite stays in Melbourne. Valet parking and check-in were smooth and professional. We enjoyed an upgrade to a beautiful panoramic suite with a dream king bed and stunning panoramic views. The Pacific Club Lounge was perfect for drinks and canapés before heading out. Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shopping — can’t wait to return!"

"Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. "
