"Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. Every employee we met was kind, eager to help and with such a great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and calming, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was a la cart and delicious. We especially liked the breakfast waitress, can't remember her name but she arrived 2 months ago from Peru. She was charming....

"It was the perfect spot for a one night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got really late and they were waiting for us, even though the restaurant was closed they let us eat there the food we ordered from Uber eats. Room was comfortable and clean."

"Check in was friendly however I was given a 12 o’clock checkout and reception staff proceeded to ring me just past 11 asking me what time I was checking out and that I’d be charged $30 if I left after 12, as my booking hadn’t been updated. Shower head broken in room and breakfast was cold …… definitely a different experience than what I’ve experienced previously. Also parking is now at DFO Southwarf which makes it a long walk especially in winter"

"Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant."

"Sadly after only great experience with the rooms, we were given a room without a balcony, I thought all rooms had a balcony which made the room feel a lot smaller. The fridge had been turned right up which had the milk frozen. I intend to stay again but willl request a room with a balcony and if I strike another room like I had, sadly I won't return there. Everything else is what you would expect for the price paid."

Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc). The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure. Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels."
