"Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. "

"Disappointed with accommodation, broken blinds, blocked drain in vanity, broken furniture and carpets stained. Also had a King single mattress on single timber base. Thread bare towels. Would not stay here again"

"The place hadn't been cleaned, or it was done poorly. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Window winder broken, no fly screens and no air conditioning so mozzies were a problem."
