"Loved the cozy cabins with the convenience of being close to town. The restaurant was excellent. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife roam through the area as well."

"Clean place, great staff, fun pub."

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel's restaurant. The staff member I dealt with was rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. Good customer service and polite communication are important, but unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff customer service."

"The hot tub, pool, sauna & steam room were excellent amenities after a long day of travel."

"Great location, great staff and place. Older style though and small bathrooms"

"It was a short stay, but what we saw was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room and a great breakfast, to send us on our way through the beautiful Jasper National Park."

"We loved this place. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a great view and some nice hiking trails starting right from the front door. We will be back!!"
