"Our room was clean. There are not elevators to the second floor but there is someone to help you get your items up to the room and the stairs were not hard to climb. The sfaff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great! Location right across from my favorite beach in Montego Bay, Doctors Cave beach, so the complementary entrance was a gift"
"The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. "

"We had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful—we had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. "

"I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.
