"Look no more, this is the hotel you want to stay. Clean, Quite location, and friendly professional staff. Great amenities(includes PJ, deep bathtub,Espresso machine in room). I stayed 5nights, I have no complain but complements only for this hotel, I am looking forward my next stay here. There is a convenience store across the street, subway station is 5mins away, train station less than 10 mins away. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing — incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our trip. The room was a little tight, but it was designed so well that there was plenty of smart storage space for all our things. We especially loved the massage chair in the room and the TV with all the streaming apps available. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, which made getting around so easy. Because of jet lag, we needed things late at night, and the area felt very safe even after midnight. There were plenty of food options, a pharmacy, and a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, which was super convenient. Everything was also extremely quiet and VERY clean. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here to save a few bucks and it was great. Staff English is limited but they were still helpful regardless. Room was clean, and I wish I had the kind of shower pressure back home as they do here, it was awesome."

"Niwa is a nice oasis in the midst of bustling Tokyo: great location, good restaurants, cool bee-keeping on the property, BUT it's quite dated compared to many other properties I've stayed in on this trip. Tiny rooms, dated bathroom, ancient coffee machine in the room...one can do better for the money."
