"Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...

"Walkable; close to a science park and places to eat. You don't have to drive to get to a dining business. The parking and security are safe, excellent and easy. I don't gamble, but there is a casino as part of the hotel. The restaurant next to the casino and is part of the hotel has excellent latino food."

"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

"This Hotel is located right in the center of old San Juan! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Nightlife, and shopping! El Moro Castle is literally a few minutes away. Hotel is super clean and smells fresh. Anytime we needed fresh towels or if the room needed a refresh they were so fast and accommodated our needs. We stayed for 6 nights, and wished our stay was longer. We most definitely will be back."

We made frequent use of the free coffee and filtered water in the lobby, and spent every evening in the rooftop hot tubs. We didn't find the stone baths as fun, but also a cool perk. Although our room did not have any windows, the ambiance created by lighted panels with shutters helped the room not to feel too...
