While the overall quality of the hotel was quite good, I would especially like to commend the reception staff for their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. They made a genuinely positive impression and were extremely welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience in the breakfast area. A female staff member behaved in an extremely rude, aggressive, and almost hostile manner, making me feel deeply uncomfortable. Her attitude was disrespectful and completely unacceptable toward a paying hotel guest. Despite staying at the hotel for only one night, this unpleasant experience during breakfast completely overshadowed all the positive aspects of my stay. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I was made to feel like an unwanted person who was being reluctantly allowed to stay for free, rather than a valued hotel guest. No guest should ever be subjected to such humiliating treatment. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously. It is truly unfortunate that the behavior of a single employee can undermine the hard work of the entire team and damage the hotel’s overall reputation. Ultimately, what I will remember most about my one-night stay is not the hotel’s otherwise excellent service, but the unacceptable and deeply disappointing treatment I experienced during breakfast.

The hotel was listed to have air conditioning, instead the temperature was as fixed at 25C with no means of changing it. When complaining the hotel offered us a fan and suggested we open the window. Outside was a 10 lane road and 5C.
