"Perfect for our overnight stay before catching a flight back to Australia.
Staff very helpful with directions to get petrol and also with transport to and from the airport. We used Uber as there were no taxis available and the shuttle timetable wasn't suitable for our departure time."

"Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport.
It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport.
Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine.
A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket.
Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti.
Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort.
Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica.
La stanza appena arrivato era piena di polvere, igiene alquanto scarso.
Scendo per cena ed il piccolo ristorante è tutto esaurito, mi dicono di...

"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about our stay.
The rooms were not clean, and the noise was unbearable, we could hear everything from the other rooms as well as constant noise from the street outside. On top of that, the room was extremely hot during both nights of our stay.
We called reception many times asking for help, but nothing was resolved. Each time they said they would contact the manager, but no one ever helped...

"Location, cleanliness and price are great… however, they advertise that they have air conditioning and it just does not work. There was a fan in the room when we arrived. We complained after 24 hrs that the AC wasn’t working, we were given another fan and told it “takes time” to get cool. It was over 80 degrees in the room and so uncomfortable. Probably great in the fall and winter."

"The location of this hotel was fabulous!! Right next to the Grand Royal Galleria. The air conditioning was nice!! We stayed in the family room and the beds were a bit small but all in all we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside.
The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help....
