"I have no complaints for the staff on duty when I checked in. The two rooms we were given initially were not good—one smelled like mold and the other one had a strong air freshener smell. I was traveling with 2 children who have asthma, so I requested two new rooms. The two new assigned rooms were better but had been smoked in. There was mold in the bathroom, window seals, and the air conditioner. There were rips in the fabric cushions and although the bed had no bugs, they were OLD and had many many stains. The rooms were inexpensive and I got EXACTLY what I paid for. Although the floors were redone, they were already in bad shape and my children’s feet were absolutely black when they went to bed. All around gross experience and I’m pretty disappointed."
