"Les chambres sont petites sans télé. Une seule prise dans la chambre.contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur le site de réservation il n’y a aucun ménage journalier. Les leurs ne sont pas faits le ménage ou les serviettes de salle de bain pas changées ! Nous,pouvons vous dire que personne n’est venu dans la chambre en deux nuits pour effectuer le ménage. Ceci est décevant et c’est dommage car les jeunes qui servent sont sympathiques. La patronne nous a appelé juste avant notre arrivée car elle...

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "We had the reduced mobility room, which was excellent for the price. The location is perfect for the Rugby ground but also for various shops and restaurants nearby...our favourites are Léon and Noz for lots of bargains. The bus stop into the town centre is just outside the gates of the hotel. Plentiful parking and excellent staff. "
