Hotel com área verde linda! Desgastado pelo tempo, mas muito bonito. Café da manhã precisa melhorar, quando reposto café acabava o ovo, reposto ovo acabava o pão, reposto o pão acabava o suco, simples, nada de especial, achei que a equipe não estava preparada para tantos hóspedes. Coelhos soltos pelo hotel, lindinhos, muitos passarinhos! se melhorarem o café da manhã seria perfeito.

Bom para descansar...

O hotel é bem aconchegante, isolado do burburinho do centro é ótimo para descansar, dormir, curtir a natureza. A área verde é encantadora. Não utilizamos a piscina, ofurô, sauna, além de outras áreas de lazer, por isso, não será avaliado. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, com frutas frescas e pão de queijo quentinho, além de outras delícias.

Muito ruim

O local é muito bonito. As instalações são antigas e não tem manutenção. O quarto está todo empoeirado e com mofo. As roupas de cama estavam amareladas. Os controles da tv ar condicionado estavam com pilhas descarregadas, pedi para trocar na recepção e me deram uma pilha usada que tinha vazado. Pedi para arrumar e não foi resolvido, desisti. Na saída colocaram a mala no carrinho de malas molhado…total descaso. Preço muito alto pelo que entrega.

O Hotel é bem legal, minha filha gostou especialmente dos coelhinhos que ficam soltos pelo jardim. A conservação do chalé deixa um pouco a desejar pelo preço que se cobra, acomodações bem simples. O hotel fica um pouco escondido e a estrada é bem precária.

Bom mas precisa de mais manutenção

O hotel fica perto do centro da cidade mas é bem tranquilo, com muito verde, uma mata e o rio passando ao lado. O quarto e banheiro são de bom tamanho e confortáveis. O problema é que falta manutenção, principalmente, no quarto (janelas que não fecham direito, papel de parede com mofo, porta do armario empenada, frigobar enferrujado). O café da manhã é bom e a área da piscina também. A parte externa é bem cuidada.

Vivenda da Natureza

Hotel Vivenda é excelente, bastante aconchegante, confortável e muito limpo. O grande diferencial é a natureza presente no hotel. O único percalço em nossa estadia, foi um período na chegada em que houve falta de energia elétrica, devido à manutenção em um dos chalés do hotel.

Limpeza basica nada extraordinario, acomodacoes antigas e ate velhas e/ou quebradas. Quarto nao era confortavel . No cafe da manha como estavamos em 3 familias pedi para que fossemos colocados em mesas no mesmo ambiente; que foi negado.
