"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were many eateries and shopping. Tons of coffee shops. We took Uber everywhere as it was very cheap. Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. "
"Hotels.com only sent me an itinerary number instead of a proper reservation number, which led to the front desk staff claiming they couldn't find my booking details upon check-in. To make matters worse, despite arriving shortly after the 3 PM weekday check-in time, I was told the hotel parking lot was completely full. They directed us to a department store parking lot instead. Because of this, my elderly mother, who relies on a walking cane, had to walk for over 15 minutes just to reach the lobby. It was incredibly frustrating and deeply unpleasant, especially since there was absolutely no prior notice regarding the parking situation."
"Location was great! Super easy access to subways. Easy access to the heart of Seoul. Quiet at night. Cafes and convenience stores near by. Friendly and very Kind staffs. There is wowpass kiosk in the lobby for me to purchase a card and charge money and withdraw money.
Unfortunately, there is no warter bottle, toothbrush, tooth paste are provided. However, there is a cold water fountain in each floor to refill. And there is vending machine to buy toothbrush, toothpaste and more in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided.
I added breakfast for my stay. It was delicious. Many options. Having breakfast here saved time for looking for what and where to eat in the morning. I wanded to spend as much time asnpossible to explore Seoul, so I thought it was a smart idea for me. Room was small, but clean. Comfortable! "
