"The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful. They welcomed us with apple tea upon arrival and helped us book out airport transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel room was clean and functional and the breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again!"

"The room, though small was very clean, and air conditioned by its own mini-split AC. The room had its own small refrigerator, a private attached bathroom with basic amenities. The general area downstairs had free Turkish tea available at all hours. In the evening the staff would lay out bowls of seasonal fruit at no charge. Location wise, it is in the Old part of the city. So the metro station is quite close. Tram is a 10 minutes walk away, and 1 stop away from the Tram station is the Grand...

"Overall, wonderful. I would stay there again, no hesitation. A few things. The room was clean, but there were some crumbs here and there in hard-to-reach places. But otherwise, no problem. The terrace on the roof was lovely, great place to have breakfast, great view of the Sea of Marmara. Sometimes you might get visited by a friendly cat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is lively with lots of shops and restaurants, but goes silent at night, which is great for sleep."

"Das Zimmer war feucht, besonders an der Decke. Es war nicht sauber, und das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Obwohl in der Beschreibung 20 Quadratmeter angegeben waren, war das Zimmer viel kleiner – nur drei Meter lang und anderthalb bis zwei Meter breit. Handtücher würde nie gewechselt. Ich hab einmal nachgefragt damit die mir das bringen die haben nicht mal gewechselt. Wir haben kein Frühstück gesehen, und es wurde auch nicht erwähnt, obwohl es laut Beschreibung inklusive sein...
