This hotel is located at the perfect location if you're visiting Istanbul. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shop at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. You can't beat this deal! If I go back, I will stay there again.

One of the best hotels here in Istanbul! I had booked 2 prior which I had to change since they were not the best and once I came here I loved it! Everyone was so nice and caring! I loved it here. The location was perfect, there were so many places to eat and stores to shop at. The staff were the kindest people. I got a surgery done while there and the staff even went beyond to get my medication for me because I was too sick to move. Very clean and the rooms were perfect.

I got injured at this property. Glass shattered as I was taking a shower and had to rush to the hospital to get stitches for my cuts. They front desk guy and the cleaning lady came up and cleaned it up. The cleaning lady was more concerned about the injury I sustained. The front desk did not ask me once if I was okay. Terrible place and will never book if I ever come back to Istanbul
