It was ok. But for some reason hotel management asked for first night spent in hotel same class opposite Ten Rooms. I guess it was some problems with our room. Hotel staff don’t speak English well enough to communicate with customers. Location is perfect.

Really nice small hotel

Pros Close to Taksim Metro station so it has easy access to all interesting sites of the city. It does not involve climbing which is an exception in the area. Very clean and modern. There is a safe and cheap parking very close to the hotel. It's quiet and this is also very important because Taksim is a very busy and noisy area. Friendly stuff. Average. The rooms are small but the space is very well organized so it's not such a big issue. Breakfast is on demand, you can serve it on a small terrace but it's just a very simple Turkish breakfast with not so many options. Cons. Nothing worth mentioning.

I liked the location, close to Taksim square in a quiet area, no need to walk down or up a hill as other hotels around. It is great it counts with lift for our luggage! ... rooms are nice and clean.

Zentrale Lage, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Taksim Platz. Von dort aus kommt man mit Bus, Metro und Taxi schnell überall hin. Super Preis-Leistung. Sehr nettes Personal, gemütliche Zimmer.

Clean comfortable hotel

Stayed here for 7 nights, the rooms are exactly like the photos, light, clean and airy. The hotel was very close to taxim metro station, just a 3 - 5 minute walk (no anoyying hills involved). There are many small shops, pharmacies close by, as well as the famous Istiklal Cadessi which is full of restaurants. Room facilities included: hair dryer, fridge, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, tv (all turkish channels), slippers, toiletries, good shower, comfortable bed. There is a lift in the hotel although it's hard to tell from the photos. The man at reception who spoke English was friendly and helpful (sorry didn't ask your name). I would stay at this hotel again purely for how comfortable and clean the room felt.

perfect hotel for couples

It was my 4th time staying in this hotel and as always I was really happy. Great location 5 minutes walk from Taksim square and buses to both Istanbul airports. Cute, cozy rooms. Really helpful staff.

가성비 완전좋은 호텔이고, 청결도, 서비스, 푹신한 넓은 침대 그리고 조금만 걸어가면(5분) 탁심광장에 도착할정도로 위치가 좋네요. 단점이라면, 탁심광장 주변 빈민가?쪽에 위치해서 새벽에 돌아다니기에는 위험한데 그 외 시간에서는 좋아요. 참고로 여기일하시는 분들 다 성격좋으셔서, 있는동안 좋은 추억많이 만들었습니다.

Das hotel zimmer ist sehr klein aber trotzdem enthalten alles was man braucht. Das wasser war 2 tage nur auf halbpower. Toilettenpapier mussten wir jeden tag extra anfordern. Geputzt wurde nur jeden 2-3 tag. In der nacht war es sehr laut da irgendein arabischer club daneben var. Den receptionisten fragten wir wegen der rückreise ob es in der früh einen stau geben könnte weil wir um 10 uhr fliegen. Er empfahl uns um 6 abzureisen. ( 30 minuten dauerte es zum flughafen) also meiner meinung nach gab er uns bewusst eine falsche information.

Yönetici anlayışsızlığı!!

İlk olarak bir günlüğüne ödeme yapmıştım. Otelde odanın birazcık küçük olması dışında bir sorun yoktu. Bu yüzden bir gün daha kalmaya karar verdik. Otelden iş sebebiyle sabah erken ayrıldım ve resepsiyondaki arkadaşa bir gün daha kalacağımızı belirttim. Herhangi bir işlem yapmaya gerek var mı diye de sordum. Sorun olmadığını söyledi. Gün içerisinde odayı arayarak kız arkadaşımdan ödemeyi yapması gerektiğini söylemişler. Bu sinir bozucu olsa da oteli arayıp ödemeyi akşam yapabileceğimi çünkü ancak akşama otele gelebileceğimi söyledim. Otel müdürü olduğunu altını çizerek söyleyen bir arkadaş bunun mümkün olmadığını tekrarlayıp durdu. Ben de aynı şekilde resepsiyondaki arkadaş benden böyle bişey isteseydi sabah ödeyebileceğimi, o istemediği için bende önemsemediğimi söyledim. Akşam gelince de ödememi yapıp bir gün daha kaldım. Müdür beyin bu saçma davranışı dışında otel gayet güzel ve konumu taksim meydana çok yakın.
