"Absolutely fantastic location. 15 minutes walk to iconic sights (Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, Topkapi, Cistern) and just a 10 minute walk to the Bosphorus. Gonul, the owner, is very helpful with advice and anything else I asked about and is a delight to chat with. Breakfast was substantial with a variety of food and freshly prepared coffee or tea. "The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip. My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I...

"I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The reality is nothing like what is advertised online. The room I was given was much smaller than described, dirty, and in very poor condition. There was mold in the room, the floor was caving in, and overall it felt unsafe and unhygienic. When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing them, he denied everything and was unhelpful. The lack of honesty and professionalism made the experience even worse.
