"The stay was great based off the location, staff, included breakfast and coffee bar alone. The rooms are a bit outdated, in need of some TLC, and better mattresses but overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend it if you plan to mostly be out and about like we were."
"موقع الفندق جيد وقريب من جامع آيا صوفيا ومن جامع السلطان احمد . منطقة هادئة قريبة من الشاطئ وقريبة من الترام خدمة الفندق جيدة جداً النظافة ممتازة والغرف مجهزة بالتكييف مطاعم وسوبر ماركت قريبة والتعامل جداً راقي انصح فيه وبشدة."
"The hotel is conveniently located for travel around the city. The hotel itself is a bit rundown our room needed severe maintenance with the curtains, falling apart, carpets falling off, wallpaper destroyed. That said the staff was super friendly. The free breakfast is an amazing Turkish cuisine."
"AC did not work , reported to front desk but never rectified the situation . Had them book taxi and it never showed up , apparently it was a friend of a friend that was supposed to pick us up and never did. Breakfast was very limited on options . 😩"
"I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The reality is nothing like what is advertised online. The room I was given was much smaller than described, dirty, and in very poor condition. There was mold in the room, the floor was caving in, and overall it felt unsafe and unhygienic.
When I raised these issues with the manager, instead of addressing them, he denied everything and was unhelpful. The lack of honesty and professionalism made the experience even worse.
