I was relocated to this hotel by Expedia after a reservation issue at another hotel. I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff's customer-focused approach made for a pleasant stay.

A brandy hotel

The grand harilton hotel definitely lives up to it name! All of the staff are very helpful, especially the two lady managers! There was nothing they would do to make my stay Even more pleasant, going out their way to make me feel very welcome! I will definitely be using this Hotel again here or even in another country, Definitely look forward to coming back here !!!

Nice hotel, staff polite and courteous. You are in the middle of nowhere which is okay if you wanted some peace and quiet. You are not allowed to bring any food from outside, which is strange because how could you stop me if I tried to. They didn’t clean our room on one of the days and we were disappointed after coming back to the room after being out all day to see no clean towels or the room tidy.

Hotel is really far from city center and many restaurants are not even equipped with delivery, nor English/Spanish language skills. either Uber (greatly expensive) or taxi(also expensive) are your best allies to move around since Metro is far from the hotel as well. There are a few things close by to the hotel but the area is not really safe at night. Staff is rather rude and money hungry..... I would not come back to this hotel, however, it does have many nice amenities.

Terrible.

The spa was under renovation, we were not informed about this by hotels.com. We were bored out of our minds. Also the fitness facilities were under renovation. The food was terrible but expensive. The mini bar was ok, but expensive. Som of the staff were a bit rude. The morning buffet was terrible. The restaurant was ice cold, and my girlfriend was wearing her jacket inside for all meals. All in all the worst experience I have had in turkey. And I have been to Alanya.

Bir çok otelde konaklamış olan biri olarak şaşırdığım otellerden birisi oldu. İlk girişte dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirilmeyeceğine dair uyarı alıyorsunuz. En basitinden lüksüne kadar kaldıgım otellerin hiçbirinde böyle bir durum yaşamadım. Elbette ki insanlar dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirme hakkına sahiptir ki bunu yaptığınız zaman otel girişindeki arkadaş gözünüzün içine diktik bakıyor utanmasa çantanıza bakabilir miyim diyecek. Otel yabancı ağırlıklı. Mutfaktaki arkadaşlar kendi aralarında müşteriler için bunlar da öküz gibi yiyorlar gibi tabirlerle kendi aralarında konuşuyorlar. Sabah çay keyfi bile yapamadık ikidir kazan tıkanıyor çay yok. Mercimek çorbasına ezogelin çorbası ibaresi yazılmış. Kısır yemeğine patlıcan yemeği olarak yazılmış. Alerjisi olan birinin bunları yiyerek büyük bir riske girebileceğini düşünüyorum. Bir daha bu otelde kalabileceğimi hiç düşünmüyorum. Zayıf işletme mantığı var. Hani bir şey yapılacakken istemeden öylesine yapılırsa mutlu olmazsınız ya burası da öyle.
