Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and the room with the terrace has amazing views. Thanks Room Mate Emir and thanks Omer for making our vacation memorable!

Simply the best hotel chain I know! Room Mate is synonymous with hospitality, friendly service, design, plenty of comfort, modern rooms, and spectacular common areas! The best location in Istanbul. The best team. Incredible receptionists who go above and beyond. The manager, is fantastic. The housekeeping service is perfect. The breakfast team are incredibly friendly, and the security is kind. No matter the city I travel to, I choose Room Mate. I feel at home. Always. And there's no better feeling on a trip!

The duplex room we had was very clean and very comfortable loads of room for 2 people and the bed was massive the only downside was the room was very dark as only had 2 lamps in each corner in the seating area so you couldn’t read
