Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

Perfect location on the heart of Istiklal street, with close by metro station and walking distance to a few of the hot spots. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Had a pleasant stay and will recommend

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best. The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps. The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
