the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious with very good amenities. Some recommendations to make it better. In the breakfast area, juice should not be prefilled into cups but in a big bottle where guests can fill themselves. Add a station to cook eggs and add more diversity of croissants, etc.

Good service, clean room, great breakfast, amazing location. All around great experience. Very close to anything you'd like to visit, some minutes of walking and you're there. Breakfast that covers every need, tasteful and with variety. Personnel was very friendly and was willing to help us anytime.

I recently stayed at Richmond Istanbul, and I have to say—it was the perfect choice! Located right on Istiklal Street, the hotel puts you in the middle of all the action, with shops, cafes, and landmarks just a short walk away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful—always ready with recommendations and quick to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, which was a big plus after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight—a great spread with plenty of options, making it the perfect start to the day.
