From the entrance to the top floor, all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The cleanliness and restaurant were fantastic; you would definitely choose this hotel when you come to Istanbul. The kitchen chefs and breakfast team were also excellent; the cleanliness and comfort were superb.

Loved it! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, the pool was sooooo nice, and there was a ton of stuff to do (and eat) in the area. I would definitely come back.

Stayed here 5 nights with my wife. Breakfast was nothing special, average at best if I’m being honest, but the room made up for it. Big, clean, plenty of room for two people. My only real complaint was housekeeping. They didn’t come every day, and when they did it felt half done. Location is great though. You’re right in the busy part of Şişli, so shops, food and transport are all a short walk away. For what we paid, I can’t complain. Good value for money

We love this hotel . The staff are awesome especially Mehmet cafeteria captain and all the staff that took care of us every morning when we went for breakfast. Everyone is attentive and hotel is in great location .

excellent hotel with a metro stop on the doorstep Very good breakfast worth doing if you get a deal. Lots of good places to eat immediately around hotel. easy access to Taxsim square by walking or metro. Also easy access to IST airport if travelling by metro. The hotel had nice social areas and the bar is great for a quiet evening in. They also had a heated pool which was amazing in October. Would definitely recommend staying here
