"Great.Hotel Great Va)ue for Money Very Helpful & Professional Staff Rooms very Nice and Clean Bathroom super clean They give one of the most Lavish Breakfast. Which may be Standard in Turkey. But Having Travelled to 52 Countries GLOBALLY & Stayed in ALL Kinde of Hotels I would say its Excellent. Im from USA and i would rcxommend this hotel to All my Americans Friends . Only ONE Thing ..they have to Imprive theor--AC-- Air-conditioning It does Not cool ..Much ..even on Highest settings...

"They make you sign some privacy document that mentions access to your data, but they won’t let you read it or give you a copy. It’s very suspicious. This is separate from the reservation form. No clue what I signed. Others have also complained about this in reviews. Said when they insisted on reading it, the staff tore it up dramatically. "

"This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open. Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill.. "

"We checked in to stay for 2 nights and the AC was broken, we asked the hotel to fix it or change the room. No one cared or dud anything to help us ... We complained to hotels.com on our first night and the customer service agent did not do anything to help. So we decided to leave the hotels after our first horrible night."
