Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

10/10 Excellent

"The room was excellent and was clean. One suggestion would be to provide at least two pillows per person (so a double bed would have four and a single would have two). All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with the two main mosques (Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque) being about 7-10 minutes walk. The tram is also very close. The breakfast provided was good but could benefit from having a fresh juice station (it was a diluted offering) and a better hot beverages machine (the cappuccino and lattes were not great)."

"Highly recommend this hotel , very good location, access to every thing, Very clean rooms Very polite staff & the best customer service The best food we ever tried specially room service food. Breakfast was wonderful buffet & yummy! We got 2 rooms nxt to each other with Bosphorus view & we really enjoyed our stay We tried hotel’s hair salon & they did amazing job Getting it through Hotels.com was cheaper than direct from the hotel. Highly recommend Hotels.com"
