Personal amabilísimo, lo mejor del lugar. Desayuno adecuado. Habitación muy pequeña, en verdad muy pequeña. Muy ruidosa no solo por el bullicio exterior sino porque se oye todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas. La regadera del baño tenía hongos (hablo de la regadera en sí misma, donde sale el agua, no solo de los rieles del cancel que también tenían) no te sentías a gusto bañándote ahí. Cerca de una parada del tranvía y en general cerca de muchos de los lugares imprescindibles. No lo recomiendo y no volvería por la habitación en general aunque el personal es excelente.

I would stay again for it’s cleanliness, attentive staff, and location. The hotel is pretty basic and not many amenities but perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep after sight seeing all day. I’m fairly sensitive to odors and sounds and the rooms smelled clean and not a lot of noise from outside or other rooms. Bathrooms are TINY but this is the norm for Istanbul.

Horrible experience with this hotel, I booked this hotel at a wrong time and contacted this hotel immediately, and they just don't wanted to change the time for me. So I have to book again and waste CAD $200 for a so called "un-refundable" booking. Avoid this hotel all time.

Hôtel liegt sehr zentral sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir haben zwei Zimmern gebucht, in einem der Zimmer war leider das Bad nicht sauber, waren mehrere Haare in der Dusche. Frühstück ist okay, nicht viel Auswahl aber man wird satt. Service und personal ist sehr freundlich. Nochmal würde ich leider das Hotel nicht buchen, für den preis hatten wir schon bessere Hotels in Istanbul gehabt.

If I go back, I’m staying here

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Perfect location, in the heart of Sultanahmet, shops and restaurants all around, 2 minute walk to the tram, 10 minute walk to the Hagia Sofia! The breakfast had so much variety and changed slightly everyday and is on the top floor with a view of the Bosphorus and a bit of the Hagia Sofia. Front desk were great guys - super kind, willing to book restaurants and tours on our behalf, offering tea, and just being wonderful to chat with. I hope to return to Istanbul one day and I have no doubt that this is where I’m staying.
