This is not a hotel, it’s a filthy scam run by thugs. The room was disgusting and boiling hot, and when I complained the staff acted like violent mafia — screaming, threatening, and even trying to attack me. It’s dangerous, corrupt, and should be shut down immediately. Staying here puts your safety at risk. A disgraceful place that should be avoided at all costs.

Reception fantastic Erkan was very welcoming knowledgeable excellent professional. He was a wealth of information on transportation where to eat everything. Erkan should get a big raise. I would definitely stay there because of his excellent service. He was so helpful. Hotel is clean location perfect great transportation hub to airport or anywhere. Nice neighborhood lots to see do. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean.

It was a terrible stay. I was treated badly by the two men in the hotel when I asked for breakfast or other stuff. They told me to go upstairs in my room. I felt threatened by them.

worst experience

it was not good at all. room was unclean . it had bed bugs due to which i got allergy . they require you to give keys back to them every time you are going out . It only took 15 minutes over checkout time for packing my stuff . They kept calling in those 15 minutes

Not worth it

It was smelly, needs renovation. Overall a not so nice room. There were problems with hot water, takes forever to get it. And on the end of stay there was no warer at all, so had to leave the room without shower. Staff was not too friendly. The location is good tho, right in Kadikoy center and near the bus and ships terminal. Overall, a bad value for money. Would not consider it next time.

Temizlik yok denecek kadar kötüydü; duşakabinin kapıları rayından çıkıyor, sıcak su geç geliyor ve oda adeta küllük gibiydi. Bu deneyimi yaşamak isterseniz otel Port . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.”
