My family of 4 stayed at this hotel in the family quadruple suite and we felt it was great. Good facilities, great staff and close to a lot of the main attractions and a tram station (Gulhame). Restaurant upstairs on the terrace is a good place to have dinner after a long day of exploring the sites! Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant hotel worth every penny

Very nice hotel good location near everything in the City Center. very nice helpful staff specially the Front Office Manager with her exceptional smile and warm welcome. Defiantly this will be my favorite Hotel when I visit Istanbul again usually two times a year.

According to my parents' experience, this was a great hotel to stay at. They used this hotel while they were flying back home, so it was only a night, but they were very pleased with the facility and the staff. They are seniors, so they told me how kind and helpful the hotel's staff was mainly a person called Guvon (sorry if I misspelling their name).

The building is clean. Rooms are reasonably sized for Sultanahmet area. It is walking distance to Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet as well as Eminönü and Egyptian Bazaar. Staff were a mixed bunch. One who checked us in was courteous, the rest were unhelpful and in fact downright rude. Breakfast was meh. They charged us for a water bottle. Given the many options available in the area I doubt I would stay here again.

Best hotel overall in Istanbul only one slight criticism and I say very slight was they where always flustered in the breakfast but the food was good it was hot not cold and it was severed well all in all good job and thanks... By the way wifi exceptional thank you guys and gals

Very clean and the staff was very courteous. I specifically appreciated their idea of creating a customer relations person with a desk at the lobby. She was very knowledgeable and very helpfull. I wish every hotel would have this kind of position. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul who needs a clean, affordable and close to everything. The hotel was okay, it was clean but the actual facility of bathroom were rather poorer then expected, shower too small, shower doors didn’t close properly, the door to the bathroom was made up off mirror in chipboard type frames and not pleasant. Very little storage for clothes. Breakfast was rather poor, very limited choice, it was very basic. Staff smoking on corridors, could spell it all the time. Not worth the price tag.

Rooms: not very spacious but have very good area and adicuateley furnished for 2 person( for the standard rooms) Beds: Comfurtable and kept clean Bathroom: very good except for some minor mishaps. Cleanliness: highly recomended, towels & sheets are replaced with fresh clean ones every day as well as cleaning the room and bathroom Lobby: spacious and furnished ( we were a group of 13 persons to stay at the hotel for about 7 days and we used to gather at the Lobby each morning and also at night and the staff were very friendly and very elegant in serving the costumers) Internet: very good Breakfast: mostley the same everyday but have the mostley required items and a side menu that you can order from( with no extra charges) Location: very good lcation. Excellent Location and very comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel.. the staff was simply superb and helped us with every possible need and attended to all our requirements. The hotel is located very close to the important attractions the city has to offer and tram station was just few steps away from the hotel. The rooms were super comfy and very clean. I personally thank the gentlemen and the lady at the front office desk (sorry for not remembering their names) but they were very helpful in guiding us our way to many spots we wanted to visit during our stay and wanted to use the public transport and (especially since we couldn’t communicate outside due to language barrier as majority of the people do not speak English and luckily most of the front office staff could speak and understand English). My special thanks to Mr Guven for being so friendly and making us feel at home during our entire stay and arranging every thing when needed including the Covid 19 PCR test arrangement in our room and booking us a comfortable ride to Airport. Overall as great experience , we shall surely visit again and stay at the Hotel and surely recommend tk our friends and family visiting Istanbul to consider this hotel. Wish you all the best and see you all soon .

Erboy Hotel in Istanbul was a very nice hotel to stay at. The Guest Relations Manager, Egle was very friendly and helpful. She also responded to all e-mails prior to our stay with complete answers. The only sad part was that she was off work for 2 days during our visit. This hotel is very clean and modern at a reasonable price. Everyone at the Reception desk speaks English (Egle also speaks Russian). The hotel is at a great location in the historic area of Istanbul where many tourist attractions can be walked to. I highly recommend Erboy Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul on a smaller budget but still requires a quality hotel. Our rooms had refrigerators which is very nice to store cold snacks. The TV worked great. The only complaints I have are minor: the floor of my room could have used a more thorough vacuum before checking in. The elevator is tiny so you might have to wait your turn in line to use it. This hotel offers breakfast, but breakfast is not included with the price of the room. The view across the street out of the room windows from the higher floors of the hotel is unusual.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at almost 6pm, we were given the key, and the housekeeper was still making the bed. I had various coffees at the lobby bar, when I paid with card the server refused to give me a copy of the receipt,saying there is no copy. Surprisingly next day I had another coffee and I was given a copy without even ask, different server, very suspicious though

I recently stayed at Erboy Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Pros: • The service was generally good, with staff being polite and helpful at the front desk. • The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Istanbul’s main attractions. • The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. Cons: • Room cleaning could have been better. It felt like it wasn’t done thoroughly during the stay. • The hotel restaurant/room service was disappointing. The food didn’t match the menu description, and we were served (and charged for) a meal we didn’t order. The chicken was undercooked (pink inside), and when we tried to explain the issue, the staff didn’t understand due to a language barrier. When we raised it with reception, we were told it wasn’t their responsibility. • The single beds are quite small, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Overall: Erboy Hotel has a great location and decent service, but the restaurant experience and room upkeep fell short. If you’re staying here, it might be best to dine out and manage expectations when it comes to room service and cleaning.
