"Very convenient location"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Renata Hotel. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient, with the subway nearby and plenty to see and do in the area. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, and nicely arranged, with enough variety without being overwhelming. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"Clean and neat"

"The most important aspect is the staff’s exceptional helpfulness. I would like to extend a big thank you to Anas, who was incredibly helpful, polite, friendly, and always supportive. I lost my phone in a taxi, and Anas did everything possible to help me and got it back to me! Huge thank you and kudos to Anas! Sincerely, Tamara."

Und Sie wollte mir den teller aufzwingen wieder zu nehmen ein solches verhalten gehört nicht in einen gastronomischen service !!!...
