" This has been one of the best, if not the best, hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly gracious, helpful and super polite. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a snack and beverage bar and premium bath products (come on, Le Labo!). Breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of options at the bar, plus you could order from a separate menu if you preferred.
