Drinks are served in small single use plastic cups, iced drinks are filled with air, sitting arrangements in the lounge are very uncomfortable and once again you need to use small drink cups if you want to take snacks over to said couches. "Rooms need better maintenance, and cleaning... We had some problems- no key to the room, TV was not working.
