Place was alright, couple details was that bathroom didn’t have enough lighting, was kinda dark. Pool, palms, and hamacas were great! Making everything look really aesthetic and beautiful. Overall everything was really good and it is really close to downtown

Great experience, the staff is lovely, the property is cozy and in a strategic area, the pool is great. Sound proofing is weak, so the quality of your stay is given by how respectful your "neighbors" are, we had a lady loudly chatting over the phone at 12.30am, I'd recommend someone from the staff to periodically check noone is too laud at night.

Couldn't rest 😒to much noise. Staff cleaning to early. I was in the bottom floor when staff was cleaning the second floor seemed like if she was making noise in purpose 😞 (broom, door, etc)

Nice hotel, but noisy.

Hard review to give. The hotel cabanas themselves is really nice. Great pool, super clean, very comfortable beds, pillows, friendly staff. But.. its all made of timber which is also charming and terrible at noise isolation. Although holbox has no cars the 4x4 cart taxis are noisier than cars and they go alllll night. You feel like you are in the middle of a racetrack. Then there is always people nearby having post 3am drinks loudly. Like you feel theyare in your room but they are not even on the same property. Its a pity coz l loved it otherwise. Also not sure why but all units downstairs get not chsirs and table on balcony but all upstairs units get 2 chairs and a table. Go figure!

This is a very unique property. The rooms are fashioned as bungalows, so wooden on the inside as well as the outside. The beds are very comfortable, the walk-in shower was great with lots of hot water. A large pool is the centerpiece of the property with lots of palms, philodendron and other tropical plantings complete the landscaping. Hamacas are also strung between the trees for rest and relaxation, as well as lounge chairs at either end of the pool. The only negative, which is no fault of Coconut Ool, is that because the island only has sand streets golf carts and very loud ATVs and side-by-sides serve as taxis. They are allowed to run the roads 24/7 even though the island touts its eco-friendly nature. This being said, we heard the ATV noise. We would recommend, if you have any trouble sleeping, to bring noise canceling headphones, earplugs, and/or some type of white noise. Other than the ATVs, this is a very charming and unique place with a "tree house" type of vibe! ❤️

Hay mejores opciones, no es lo que parece en las fotos. Realmente me decepciono el lugar, he visitado varios hoteles en Holbox y este es al unico que no regresaría. Tip: traten de pagar todo en efectivo ya que en toda la isla te cobran un porcentaje por usar tarjeta.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé l'hôtel... Très brouillant. Une air co qui ne fonctionne presque pas. Un douche sans pression, on nous assure qu'on va venir vérifier et rien personne ne vient. On nous dit que c'est dans toute l'île mais la chambre a côté qu'on a aussi louée, elle n'a pas de problème... Bref mauvais service, et prix trop élevé pour ce qu'il propose en terme de qualité de service.
