"Good"

"Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and it was perfect having a washer and dryer in the room. Beds were comfortable. Great location to American Village, beautiful view of the water."

"Hotel and service were near perfect. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel so I can only make low level recommendations because everything else was done properly. Minor tweaks and changes: I think you should ditch the “fancy” shampoo and conditioner and use something like Head & Shoulders shampoo/conditioner combination—products that you have now destroyed my scalp. You could possibly improve your tv viewing package albeit—no one is going there to watch tv, lol. I brought my Roku...

"I love mood and tone of this hotel. Interior decoration is simple but quite charming. Breakfast is dilicious with good varieties. Car parking is convenient located in adjacent building. Within walking distance to American village. There are so many restaurants around hotel. "

"Very clean and spacious room, with sea view, well maintained and staff are friendly and efficient, the pool closes at the end of October so I didn't get to use it. If you book for more than three days you get some extra perks such as a free drink and cocktail each day and free laundry (limited to underwear). The hotel is close to the beach which is an added bonus. I would happily stay here again."

"Loved having a washing machine and dryer in unit with Detergent provided. Daily continental breakfast was nice. Dive shop just a few doors down, so can go shore diving from the sea wall right there."

"I loved the buffet breakfast and 7-11. Ample parking, very polite staff, on-site washing/dryers."

"Clean rooms and staff was great"
