"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"The place was ideal close to marina and centre .It was clean and had everything we needed for are stay"

"Very clean property ideally suited you can walk to Tescos you have a pub which is not noisy across the road and they do good food Beds were comfortable and you have a parking space at the rear . You 2 minutes from all trade pick ups toolstation, screw fix topps tiles . We used it as we had it for a month doing a 4 week job 15 minutes away . Heating was excellent wi fi excellent also . Most important Greggs and Starbucks next to each other 2 min drive"

"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."
