The apartment is large and spacious, apartment and gardens are kept immaculately clean by the staff. After each day out we came back to find our apartment cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen. "Apartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed."

"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano "
