"We enjoyed our stay at Stage 12 Hotel by Penz. The location was great, within old town and just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. We got a balcony room with a mountain view, which was definitely worth the upgrade. The views were incredible! However, the room itself was VERY tiny, and the bed was not very comfortable. The reception staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed drinks at the downstairs bar, and the bartenders were fabulous. We spoke with Anna quite a bit,...

"Great hotel in the center of the town. You can go back to your hotel and rest. Good quality breakfast in a beautiful room. Only one drawback is no parking; you need to park at a public garage and walk to the hotel."

"First time for me to this city. Mostly was very nice view and good location"

"Great location. Hotel is in great condition. Rooms seem new or newly renovated. Good breakfast as well."

"Great place to stay 15 minutes from the station and walking distance to the Old Town! Very helpful staff and free coffee, drinks in the morning at reception. Would recommend."

"A lovely hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. The staff were very hospitable and very helpful for our first time visiting. Fantastic & would recommend!"

"+ All of the staff are helpful. + Excellent Bar + Will come back again"

"No service minded Staff. The staff was not helpful and was very curt. Just only basic amenities. Just a minute walk from train station."
