"Loved the views from the hot tub both day and night. There were 3 very friendly peacocks that wandered around with lots of other farm animals. Great big tv in lounge. Nice bottle of fizz left in fridge as welcome by owner. Definitely recommend this property."
"Large comfy bed, clean, modern room and bathroom, delicious breakfast, perfect location -under 10 minutes from the city train station so no need for taxis, kind staff. Just gorgeous! I hope to return soon"
"A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment. "
"The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and really clean. The bed was ok, I guess my only criticism would be it could maybe do with a new mattress, you could tell it was quite old and if you rolled near the edge of it there was no support and you pretty much fell out of bed :)
There was a good choice at breakfast every day and a selection of full English items which was nice.

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal here which was excellent , menu above average pub menu. The bed was really comfortable , the bedding smelt so fresh. The shower was powerful and hot. Enjoyed an ample breakfast with menu choice for the smaller appetite. Taxi to Haworth only cost £7.00"

The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there!
