We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet. No one could fix it on first night, and I didn't have insulated pliers with me to yank the hot electric terminal sticking into the room. Outlet had obvious arc marks, so it had been broken for a long time. Then the lamp plug between the beds starting arcing, but it appeared to be from a worn out outlet. Next morning, shower didn't have anything but minimal hot water. Noisey for entire stay from apparent residents running and falling in the room above us. On checkout, there was a lady yelling at her friend in the parking lot through an open window. Manager left vehicle parked in a handicap spot with out tag or placard. It appears to be a flophouse along I-65. Aggravating to put kup with this crap. $30 a night should be top price for this firetrap. Stay away!!!
