Sewage in the sink, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, carpets stained. Like a worn out college dorm. 1 windo in entire 2 bedroom apt. Total garbage communication. We kept just being told that they were trying to reach the management and they were going to call a handyman. Nobody ever came when I say there was sewage in the sink I mean dried nasty sewage we could not use the kitchen.

Great Location, Not Thoroughly Cleaned

We took a chance on this as an alternative to a hotel because it is in a great location in downtown Indy. Check in was fine, but the listing showed large windows and spacious living area, but ours had only one small window. and a smaller living area, but it wasn't bad. What was disappointing was that the TVs did not work while we were there, and one guest wanted to watch the U.S. Open. Also, to book this, I had to pay a non-refundable fee BEFORE getting the terms. Upon getting the terms, I learned there was only one towel per guest allotted. A cleaning fee is included in the charges, but the place was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. In the master bedroom, there were chocolate candy crumbs on the floor and some trash on a shelf. In the hallway bathroom, the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time because there was a ring around it, and there were items left in the shower, presumably from the previous guest. However, it appeared that a cleaning service had been there because there were wet towels in the washing machine. There was an iron, but no ironing board. An ironing board was sent over later, but it did not have a cover on it. Most disappointing was that I emailed and texted and the problems were acknowledged. They offered to send someone to clean, but did not help at all on the TV. They thought it was Roku but it was Fire Stick. We'll do a hotel next time, but location is great and the restaurant next door was great.
