Clean room, breakfast was good, pool area was dirty and had no clean towels. Waited forever for someone to show up to check us in and had to move rooms twice because of either broken or missing appliances. Overall it wasn't a bad stay the rest of the time!

Literally gave me keys to an occupied room. Not well kept, run down and bad security practices for women guests.

To try and be positive, the location was where I wanted for my thru trip. Outside of that, it was poor. The room was dirty (trash under the chair, dirty lamp bases) and the AC was not on so the room was warm when we arrived around 8:30pm. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, and the breakfast was mediocre.

We left and didn’t stay because of how bad the rooms were. They were sticky and disgusting. Not clean at all.

I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but when we booked a room and arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We then left for about an hour and returned and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were super apologetic and got us into a clean room after bringing this to their attention. Other than that, a pretty standard stay.

My adult daughter and I stayed here after a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. We checked in quite late. A sign at the check-in desk asked us to call a number, which I did. A man answered; I wasn't sure if he worked there, so I said we were there to check in. We waited almost 15 minutes in the lobby for him to show up. The lobby was...messy. Yes, it was nice to have a plastic tray of cookies, but behind the desk--trash, I'm guessing someone's dinner from earlier. It looked like they started painting and then forgot. It just looks very worn down. We did have breakfast this morning--juices were not refilled. It was a bit messy around. The room was fine. I don't know if it was a bad day or what. But, we were not overly please with our stay.

The beds were very comfortable. That’s about it, when we got our room key, we walked in and to our surprise, there was a man in our room repairing the walls, when we went down to the lobby to tell the clerk she told me that it wasn’t true, she then called the maintenance man and confirmed that it was in fact true and gave us a new room. The room was not functional, none of the plugs worked and all of my cords just fell out of the wall so I couldn’t do my hair, we thought we would at least enjoy the pool. When we started swimming our eyes were burning and skin itching and then the maintenance man came and told us, “I regret to inform you that the pool is closed due to dangerously high Chlorine levels…there is supposed to be a sign.” I informed him that there was no sign and nobody informed us. We then went back to our room to quickly shower. The breakfast was not great at all but it was free so that was nice. I would definitely like a refund for this stay and would appreciate a manager reaching out to me.

I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned then switched to a different room where tv didn’t work! No password given to connect to the tv! Toilet was clogged! The room I was switched to was clean far as the bedding and having clean towels. Got back to the room the towels weren’t replaced! None of my concerns were addressed other than switching rooms! Really disturbing for the money I paid!

The inside definitely looks better than the outside, but it could use some maintenance. It isn’t a cleanliness issue so much, but more of an outdated and needs some upkeep. The room wasn’t bad. We did book a room with a king size bed and they gave us a queen size bed, but that was fine. The pipe under the sink leaked some and the shower definitely needed hardware repairs. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for the $250 price we paid for the night, I definitely would’ve expected better.

The tv didn’t work, “fixed it” and only got QVC channels. The hotel is run down. The man at the desk was put out when I asked for the eggs to be re-filled as he had to put his movie on his phone on pause. Added eggs to the buffet that were COLD, no hot beverages one day. Dead plant in the foyer. Overgrown landscaping. Nothing was tended to. Stay somewhere else. This is not a good hotel!

The photos were false advertising. Hotel looks rundown. There was someone’s weave and a lot of trash in the parking lot. A lot of buildings nearby were closed. There were people sleeping on the couch in the lobby. Three of us were waiting for the front in desk to check us in & had a sign that said be back in 20 minutes which also was there when we left. There were 2 adults and 1 child that stayed & they provided us with one towel… when we called to get more they made us come to the front desk. Room stated that it was non smoking but the smoke detector was covered which meant people have definitely smoked in the room. The previous tenant’s towel was left in the corner. There was no guide for the tv so we had to figure that out. Our room card had someone else’s room number on it. Breakfast was alright, not a variety of real food, just a bunch of processed sugars.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. It was a little stiff for some people, but personally I found it great. Cleanliness was the biggest area that could use improvement. The rugs looked like they needed a deep cleaning and better vacuuming, and the bathroom/tub could use a good scrub as well. Noise levels were mostly good. There were a few occasional loud moments, but nothing that impacted our stay. We stayed 5 nights and did not have room service during that time, though we knew we could request it if needed. The included breakfast was a nice bonus with the usual options like eggs, sausage, bagels, and yogurt. The pool was closed and drained during our stay. The hotel is about 7 miles from downtown. The immediate area has several hotels nearby, but the neighborhood changes quickly once you leave the block. It looks like new management recently took over and is working on renovations. We saw new AC units and other equipment being brought in, which is a positive sign. Some reviews mentioned unfriendly staff, but that was not our experience. Overall, we knew what we were getting for the price, had no major issues, and would stay again.

I booked for 4 nights. I checked in wednesday and had to check out the next morning due to safety issues i had experienced on my first night of stay. I arrived there around 6pm, there was nobody at the desk but a sign to call the number for assistance to check in. i called, the lady sounded like she just woke up and was slewping in one of the rooms. Around 1am, the floor lamp next to my bed and the airconditioner died. I got up checked outside, other buildings outside and street lights have electricity but my hotel. I checked outside my room, the hallway lights were on, my bathroom light turned on aswell. I tried to go downstairs to say something to the front desk however the elevator wasnt working! I ended up just going back in my room to try to call the desk. Guess what, the phone wasnt working either. (tv/cable has no service either but thats even before the electric went out). That morning before 7am, before i left for work, i walked by the desk but there was nobody. I went back to the hotel around 10am to check out early, and again there was nobody at the desk but the sign to call the number, the same lady came and asked my why im checking out early, so i explained and she told me it wasnt their fault that the electric went out and it wasnt just them who didnt have electic, said it was the City. (Liar!) i ended up getting charged me for 2 days, Hotel is unsafe and dirty. Pool is green and has algae in it. Found 2 empty bottles of liquior behind the small couch

No staff was available at the front desk for check-in. I had to call a number they left on a sticky note and surprise… they didn’t answer I had to call again before I got through to them & still had to wait. AC also did not work in one of our rooms and to our surprise the phones in each room to call to the front desk do not work either. We went down to the front desk and informed the staff that the AC was out. Instead of apologizing the lady immediately started making new key cards and tired to hand them over. The kids were already in bed with all our items unpacked the last thing we wanted to do was change rooms at a late hour. Maintenance was not available and the staff had to come and trouble shoot the unit on their self which I do appreciate because they did get it to work but the customer service was very poor and communication was not great. The property and spaces are also in really rough condition compared to the images online. We found mold growing in the shower of room 332 as well as paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, also not vents so the bathrooms trap a lot of moisture, when showering you could tell the cleaners barely touched the mirrors. Elevators and hallways smell of weed and smoke. I travel a lot for work and this by far is the one stay that has truly thrown me for a loop and had me questioning why I booked here.
