I arrived late for check‑in and the process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is right next to the highway, so there was noticeable traffic noise, and some guests were talking loudly outside at night. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more relaxing.

The lack of black out blinds was problematic, combined with the freeway noise - it was very hard to sleep. However, the hotel Staff and rooms, as well as its restaurant are excellent!

Lobby is open and inviting. Common areas and rooms are clean and well appointed. Very nice restaurant/bar with excellent food and drinks. 24 hour shuttle service to the airport is a big plus. The shuttle driver was very professional and courteous. Check-in and check out was efficient. Overall the staff are competent but not friendly or professional. When I arrived, one staff member was slouching on the couch in the lobby like it was his couch at home. Another was leaned over at the front desk scrolling on their personal phone and wasn’t overly eager to greet someone approaching the desk. The same was true at the restaurant/bar. Very casual, uninterested attitude by the staff. I liked the hotel as a whole and would stay here again.

The Delta Hotel by Marriott is absolutely a five star hotel. Incredible staff, received a very warm welcome and very accommodating. The restaurant has great food and wonderful servers. Beautiful property great location and conveniently located to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. Will definitely be booking this hotel for future trips.
