The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The continental breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, the heating unit ran extremely loud, to the point that it rattled. When we arrived at our room after midnight there was no heat on. It was 30° outside so we had to turn the heat up as the room was at 64°. The rattling of the heating unit proceeded to keep me up all night.

The staff were super friendly and nice. The reception employee from the night staff at was nice and accommodating. The morning staff provided warm good mornings and were extra helpful. Not so good interaction while checking out...the young lady in management ATTEMPTED to reprimand me in regards to a deposit receipt.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very nice and clean. The only down sides to our stay was the ac wasnt on in our room so it was really hot at first and then we had no hot water for showers in the morning.

It was good. There were a couple of things that were not expected like no coffee maker in the room and no smoke detector. It had been removed. Other than that the breakfast was good and the room was comfy.

Beds were hard as a rock yet the pillows provided no support whatsoever. Upstairs family had children running around and playing all night long and even after I called the front desk it didn’t stop. Breakfast was really good though.

Decent stay

My friend and I stayed one night for a concert in the area. The room and what we saw of the hotel was clean. The water pressure in the shower was lackluster but the water was hot. The pillows appeared to be throw pillows in standard pillow cases instead of regular pillows. It was weird but sufficient. The beds were moderately comfortable. I checked in online but had to do the entire check in again when we arrived. I requested a late check out when I did the online check in but it wasn’t acknowledged or seen by the hotel so they knocked on the door at 11. When I said I requested late check out, they said it was fine but didn’t apologize for trying to kick us out at 11. We did not use the pool.
