Shower leaked and forgot to tell us give us a card to enable us to leave the parking garage, we had to go back in; no answer when pushed button on gate system. "

"There was someone else’s dried toothpaste on the bathroom counter, the floor was dirty. The lady (unfortunately working by herself) in the lobby Starbucks was overwhelmed - ended up grabbing a coffee from the front instead. "

"I really liked the place but the room temperature is not really in the control of the guest anymore. It was 72 in the room and we turned it down and by morning it was 73 in the room and it was only 65 out for the high temperature. I am a hot sleeper and hate it being hot. The rest of the place was wonderful including the all you can eat breakfast in the resturaunt. "

"GOT CHARGED FOR A ROOM THAT I NEVER EVEN GOT TO USE . CHECKED IN TO TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS WITH PPL ALREADY ASLEEP IN THEM THEN I WAS STILL CHARGED EVEN THO I LEFT AND FOUND A BETTER HOTEL ...WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE"

"The hotel has been updated from the last time I stayed, but it still needs some work, especially with cleanliness. The room was large but definitely needed to be cleaned better. There were some splatters on the wall, stain on the ceiling, weird dark splatters on the bathroom floor under the sink and the coffee area had leftover food and was sticky. Also, im pretty sure the bed frame was broken- anytime I got on the bed, it made this awful noise (please note my weight is in the mid100s so I don’t think it was me). The staff was great! The breakfast was convenient and was decent for an included breakfast, but some of the food was very stale. The omelette station was amazing. Conveniente location but I felt a little unsafe in the area. I don’t think we will stay again because of the cleanliness. "

"We booked several rooms for a birthday gathering, and it was amazing! So many things to do and restaurants nearby. We went to the Stretch Lab and also the Woodhouse Spa. We enjoyed meals at the garage food hall and also at the Italian restaurant Rosemary and olive. The rooms were amazing. The staff was very attentive overall it was an excellent experience."
