"It was all a very terrible experience "

"Breakfast was pathetic. No fruit, no yogurt, no protein...only cereal, oatmeal, toast and waffles. Only coffee or orange juice to drink...the other options were out. I was on the 3rd floor, and it was so noisey. Kids were running up and down the hallway. No carpet in the hallway, so it was quite loud. It seems people live there long term...bbq grills out back along the property fence, spousal arguements and banging on doors, people outside smoking at all hours while playing their car music very loud at 3am. You get what you pay for. The room was nice and clean, the front desk clerk lacked an ability to smile. The breakfast lady walked in the door at 7:01...breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. I will choose another option next time I am in town."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Great breakfast buffet. However, the coffee machine In my room ws broken. Also the TV screen was very dark and it was hard to see anything. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by staff of which was very welcoming and helpful. This was 1 of thee best stays I’ve had just because mainly the staff made sure at every turn that we were satisfied and happy with our stay"

"The internet didn’t work, I called , he said he be there waited and hour . I called back they apologized and gave us a different room. The room they gave us was cold and took three hours to get warm, the towels looked like someone wiped the floor with them. I always bring a blanket and towels when I go out of town, thank goodness for that. "

"Clean and easy location"

"The room was nice and clean. Our overall stay went well. The location was great. Easy to find. I have a few things that could've been better. The pillows are terrible. They provide no support. Also, when you have teams staying there with early morning games, start breakfast at 6:00 am because a lot of teams have to be at the gym by 7:00 am."

"During check in, staff was very nice and pleasant. When we got to the room, we put our stuff in and had to immediately leave for my daughter’s tournament. We got back to the hotel and realized we had no towels, only washcloths. Not ideal when my daughter had just spent 6 hours playing volleyball. We went down to the desk and were told there were no towels at all anywhere. No towels in pool area either. The room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty on main bed and when pulling out the couch bed there was a huge orange stain right in the middle of the topper. The wash clothes also had hair on them. Next morning we went down and breakfast had little food and we had to ask if more was coming out, which it did, but was a lot for one person to manage that and desk and various requests. We again asked about towels and were told they were in the dryer. How was no laundry done at night for towels? We were told they would be brought to our room, which they were not, and we finally got them at 10:15AM. Checkout was scheduled for 11:00. They did let us check out late so we could shower. Water was cold when we tried though so that was unfortunate. Staff both mornings were nice and I felt they were trying but hotel was struggling to keep up with being filled the night before. I would not return here. "
