The room was spacious, extremely clean and had a beautiful bathroom. Great parking and professional front desk staff. Would give 5 stars except for the fact it smelled like weed in several places throughout the hotel, unfortunately.

Great spacious rooms, massive washroom , my kids loved the tub for their bubble baths, we got the lake view high floor room, every day waking up to lake view was refreshing, well kept hallways, super fast elevators , ample parking, little far from the city but worth the comfort for having long stays, over all great experience for the price point, would love to come again.

The room was big. It had a huge bathtub and a separate shower. The beds were comfortable too. They charge you for amenities and that is the gym, dining, and casino. They should pay you. The casino is very expensive to eat at and the food was just OK. If they had microwaves in the room, I'd say bring your own food but they don't. The staff in the hotel, dining/ casino are not very friendly.

Very clean but very dated. Was in town for business and WiFi was very lacking. Staff was kind and helpful. Don’t like having to stand in line daily to get a fresh towel. Only place I’ve seen this practice. May be ok for a day or two, but not for much longer.

Our check-in was smooth. Although we did not get any direction as to where the workout room was or where we can eat or if there was anything we needed. We did see some water bottles that were complementary so we took a couple. The self parking garage was a bit scary. Not very clean and poor signage for the hotel. Our room was very clean as well as the entire hotel. The staff during the morning breakfast was amazing. All in all it was a good experience.
