This hotel has very mixed reviews, location was good-right off the interstate. The main hallways, elevator, and lobby floor all need a deep clean. The room was okay, there was a layer of dust on tables and soap scum build up in the bathtub. The carpet wasn’t the cleanest either. The bed is hard. It was okay for a quick stop one night, but wouldn’t want to stay there longer than that.

I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again.

My room was ok. The bed was comfortable. There were some spots that I can tell were not cleaned well. My shower did not work properly. I let it be known but nothing was done. I was only there for a night and needed rest so I let it be but it did bother me. My floor was quiet but the floor above me sounded like a marching band was practicing for an event. The grounds are clean. I felt safe and the environment was welcoming. Overall the staff was extremely nice!
