At check in, the staff tried to accommodate the best for me getting the best view. Loved the park view. The clubhouse was way better than just cocktails. If the staff mentioned the clubhouse offered buffet as well as cocktails, we wouldn’t have to go to dinner buffet and spent 220,000 won at the first night. That was the only downside. Everything else was very satisfying.

We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time! The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip.

The view of Songdo Central Park and the city skyline was amazing! Location and property were great too, and staff were very friendly. It was oddly challenging to get a bath towel for our child despite a phone call to reception but overall a great stay.
