" A mi chemin entre les stations Sadat et Mojamed Naguib, l'hotel Amin se trouve au coeur du centre du Caire. C'est un bel immeuble de 10 étages, bâti vers 1920. Nous y avons passé environ une semaine, et nous avons été très sensibles au charme de l'hôtel, de la qualité du service et à la gentillesse du personnel.

"I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...
"Location was exceptional right near the pyramids with fabulous views. Room was a good size and was clean.
Minor maintenance required (glue holding the bed head, touch up painting). Breakfast was a little strange with salad.
Hotel has great potential and would stay again."
"The hotel is very very closed to Pyramid. It provides the great view of the Great Pyramids and Sphinx! I think you can see the best view to see panoramic view of Pyramids from this hotel compared to the other hotels nearby. You can watch Sound and Light Show from the hotel (Free). Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can contact the hotel to arrange a private tour for you and it's great. "

"Ok I've got mixed opinion this stay. I don't know what happened either Hotels.com or this hotel did over booking. So they moved me " A sister hotel" However the sister hotel was in very very bad state, didn't like sister hotel!!! Infront of my room dirty laundry was piling up! The room smelled bad too.
I was really unhappy but at least they tried.
Then They moved me to the original hotel I booked. Newly renovated rooms etc, But not enough plugs. I had to move a fridge myself to reach the plug...
"The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

"We were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didn’t seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine "
