"The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time."

"La chambre était impeccable et très agréable avec la terrasse avec vue sur le vignoble. La salle de bain était très bien également, très propre ! Léger bémol sur le fait que tout est écrit en allemand partout, très peu de choses sont écrites en anglais (et rien en français). Même la carte du restaurant n’existe pas dans une autre langue que l’allemand donc on a tout traduit avec nos téléphones. Sinon tout le personnel est adorable et fait de son mieux pour parler anglais. Un très bel hôtel que...

"Das Appartement war sehr sauber und vom Schnitt her ideal für uns - 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, allerdings bis auf ein paar Tassen keinerlei Geschirr - für Tee reicht es also 😄 mehr brauchten wir auch nicht. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, war die absolute Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Von der Dame/dem Herren an der Rezeption über das Personal in Küche und Pizzeria bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften - allesamt wurde uns viel Freundlichkeit entgegengebracht! Und...
