Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend.

Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay.

What could have been a reasonable stay was ruined by the room temperature being set at a minimum of 21 degrees. Far too hot. The air con would only cool to 21. Could open the window to listen to the lorries on the autoroute. Not expensive, but not cheap. Allowing me to spend a couple of euros on keeping the room cooler would have made all the difference. Silly penny pinching.

Alles wie es sein sollte.Gute Zufahrt mit dem Auto. Das Hotel hat freundliches Personal. Der beschriebene Shuttle Service existiert leider nicht doch hat uns der Manager zweimal bis zum Bahnhof gefahren. Vielen Dank.

Das Zimmer war schön gekühlt, aber das Bad war ziemlich schmutzig. In der Duschkabine waren zwei tote Insekten, was daraufschluessen lässt, dass es etwas länger nicht gereinigt wurde oder zumindest wurde das Zimmer nicht geprüft.
