The koi pond & rear landscaping create a lovely setting off the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection & wonderful view of the grounds. The large fitness center is well equipped. FamilyMart is onsite with a great selection of food & souvenirs. The staff are helpful & allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in at no charge. They allow late checkout for 1,000 yen per hour. The shuttle buses to the airport & train station are large & comfortable.
The mattress was very hard, but I still slept well. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated & the bedroom window was either very thin or no longer sealed so it allowed the noise of the street to filter in. Excellent water temp & pressure.

Was ok. Didn't realize it was so far from Tokyo, about an hour or so. Went to haneda airport and the shuttle does not go there.

Transportation to and from airport was managed very well. Location was great. Rooms were excellent. Dinner was very good. And the breakfast was excellent. Great choices. Highly recommend this hotel.

Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
