"The staff was very nice and helpful. One night I was not felling well and they kept an eye on me so I don’t feel along. The amenities and cleanness. Convenience location, close to everything I would come back. Thanks"

"Everything was top notch. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santo Domingo."

"Great location. There was a little construction that started in the morning (too early), but other than that, it was great."

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"

"The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly but it was hard at times to get information unless you knew to ask. Besides that overall an excellent stay. Felt very safe and was a great value."

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

"The room was ample and well maintained and the staff was super nice and helpful, the bar is 24h and the terrace is very enjoyable , the hotel is very well located close to many restaurants and sights"

"prima hotel, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel"

"We checked in in the afternoon. Went out for dinner and drinks. Upon our return at the property, we noticed that our room's floor was wet. Water from the a/c unit was coming into the room. Front desk sent an employee with a mop, bucket and towel. That did not fix the problem. Front desk employee said that the hotel was fully booked and that management was no going to be available until monday. They offerd to bumb us to a lesser quality hotel. They did. Management not being available for this...

"El hotel es antiguo, es bonito. El desayuno es demasiado básico. Mínima variedad."
