"Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo."

"Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too."

"Fui con mi familia somos 4 ,la habitación pequeña pero muy confortable y limpia, el hotel aunque es un edificio antiguo esta muy bien conservado y con una buena decoracion y limpio esta en zona colonial y puedes conocer los lugares de interés caminando ,muy buena ubicación, el personal son muy atentos amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites ,el desayuno incluido le falta un poco de variedad ,pero en general adecuado ,muy buena opción de hospedaje en el centro de santo domingo"
